Blow Up by Ori Gersht

I worked with the artist throughout the production of this project. Preproduction testing camera and flash equipment to achieve the perfect frozen motion sought, collaborated with the Hasselblad camera company on camera synchronisation. On shoot I operated the bank of 9 Hasselblad H-digital cameras. After the shoot I retouched the images, developed methods to 10x upscale the files whilst maintaining fidelity, and finally worked with Ori at the Grieger lab in Dusseldorf to produce the first set of large (1.8m x 2.4m) exhibition prints.

These images have since been shown internationally and in many magazines; NextLevel (uk), Portfolio, ArtReview, Hotshoe, Photography and Culture, amongst others.
Also an image from this project was recently used as the cover and a lead publicity image for the 'Seduced by Art' exhibition at the National Gallery, London.
